errors when exit

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go into a room
2. play movie by mpv
3. close mpv
4. See error

Expected behavior
do not see error when exit

I assume that by 1.7.1 beta 1 you mean 1.7.0 beta 1.

I just tried the Windows build on Windows 10 and followed your steps and didn't see any error. However, I've made a tweak that might fix it. Please try out the installer or portable Windows builds at https://github.com/Syncplay/syncplay/actions/runs/3802200716 and let me know if it solves the problem.
