Would be nice to have more detailed report, otherwise it sounds like your personal ad. Maybe you are correct, but please provide related detailed report too.

Use a nonce for the notice dismissal.

Fixes a very minor potential CSRF vulnerability of which the impact would be small anyhow.

Fixes #487.
