Incorrect song count on music library

Describe the Bug

Tautulli does not return the total song count on a large music library. I have in excess of 1.8 million songs in the library, and it always returns '0' for the total count after a refresh. Been having this issue for at least two years. If I go into Plex itself, and look at the "all music' playlist, the item count is displayed and correct there.

Steps to Reproduce

Refresh libraries from the Tautulli UI.

Expected Behavior

Return the correct number of songs in a music library.

Is your music library section_id=5?

Your Plex server is taking too long (more than 15 seconds) to respond. If you go into your music library in Plex and change the view to "Tracks" does it take a long time to load?

Thank you for the reply. Yes, when I try to load 'tracks' as described, it will not load. It appears to timeout with an error. I'm in the process of moving the entire server over to an M2 Mac from the Intel i5 Mac it's currently running on. Once I get that up and running I will try again.
