📝 Summary
Spring Scheduler + Cron tab을 이용하여 구현하였습니다.
단위테스트는 이어서 올리겠습니다 ~
다만 SpringScheduler는 여러개의 서버를 구동할 경우 반복된 작업을 동시에 수행하기 때문에,
batch 모듈을 만들고, Jenkins를 통해 트리거링 하는 방법으로 순차 리팩토링 계획입니다.
