💡 需求背景和解决方案
ribbon 样式使用绝对定位，在cell中使用时由于cell没有设置overflow: hidden, 溢出导致页面横向滚动。此PR通过修改badge内部样式限制溢出。同时修改了ribbon布局逻辑，应该比之前的方案更加准确。
通过设置outer的长宽并设置overflow: hidden隐藏溢出：
