作业模板更新后，调试时使用的变量不是最新模板中的值

如何复现？(How to reproduce?)
更新作业模板中的主机类型变量的值，保存后进行调试，发现调试时使用的不是最新模板的变量值

预期结果(What you expect?)
调试时使用最新模板的变量值
