Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
如题，支持这两个工具绑定到动态端口上，避免某些环境下，绑定固定端口失败，导致加速异常

Describe the solution you'd like
工具绑定动态端口（0），绑定成功后，将监听端口写到本机固定文件里，然后访问方先通过这个固定文件拿到端口，再进行访问
