This PR adds very limited support for the window manipulation CSI. Only setting the size of the terminal in characters and reporting this size is supported. All other parts of the window manipulation CSI are no implemented. For security reasons, some parts of the specification should be avoided and are consequently not implemented. Many parts of the specifications are not wildly used anymore, but settings the size seems to still be popular feature.
