Init document

Hi there,

Thanks for the great library, very helpfull!

One question. I have a component that stores its data under an ID. The first time the component is loaded with a given ID, no document is stored yet under that ID, so I need to create it (with default data).

What is the best way of achieving this with use-pouchdb?
