More fixes.

Fixed audio bug where volume was set before loading saves.

Fixed accidentally deleted code.

Accidentally deleted some code, so I had to un-delete it :)

Even more tweaks.

Fixed point collision is now enabled by default (last release also did this, but in a messier way).

Fixed default fast mode value.

Turns out later levels are unplayable without fixed point calculations for collisions. Temporarily changed default value to 1 so that fixed point is used, until I can make fixed point permanent for Pico
