Release notes:

• Added configuration option --ignore-crc to transmit RX packets, even if they have an invalid CRC
• The packet forwarder now refreshes the account server token before it expires.
• The links in the documentation have been fixed.
• There is now a better logging of why an uplink might be rejected - the logic behind packet checking has also been changed, leading to less packet loss.
• The Multitech package now configures the packet forwarder for a permanent installation by default on install.
• Minor bug fixes (build for SPI, arithmetics for round-trip time are fixed)
• Minor internal architecture changes.
