Keep Bro Running Housekeeping

Bro.org Recommends that you add "0-59/5 * * * * $PREFIX/bin/broctl cron" (without quotes, obviously) to your crontab to ensure that bro will always be running. This line will also preform what is referred to by bro.org as "housekeeping tasks". As you can see, the script will check every few minutes for a running bro process.
