	The Tabroom system began as two projects; the CAT (Computer Assisted Tab)
	by Jon Bruschke of California State University at Fullerton (CA), and
	Tabroom.com by Chris Palmer of Lexington High School (MA).

	The new integrated tabulation system and features were are supported by a
	grant from the Open Society Foundations.  iDebate Tabroom is now an
	integrated part of the International Debate Education Association (IDEA)
	website, and is hosted and supported by IDEA with ongoing work by Chris and
	Jon.
