Weblate is probably the best replacement. We could even apply for their hosted instance if not willing to self-host.

For now, we can use Github + Reviewable for translations.

I'll probably take @TheLastProject 's advice and set up a Weblate instance. At the time being, this is fairly low on the priority list, since we still have a few other services to bring up first. But I'll definitely get to this at some point.

Why do we need a service for that? we have very few text parts to translate which could easily be done by creating a file per language and replace the strings on the page.
Does the host server run PHP? I could create a script for it.
