Prerequisites:
Do a new release on ChowLiuTrees = "0.2" to fix dependencies.
Migration to Tractables.
Fix build for lates julia (1.10), need CUDA at least 5.
Use latest release of DirectedAcyclicGraphs.jl
Turn off Type Piracy test from Aqua.jl.
