CTAT mutations visualization

Once the pipeline is successfully run, you will find an html page output named "igvjs_viewer.html". You can open this page in your favorite browser to view the report. This report is a self-contained igv.js page which uses Data URIs to store all relevant data within the html page.

You can switch between mutations using table listed to inspect them individually:

To explore dynamic interaction with an example CTAT-Mutations igvjs.html report file, download this file: igvjs_report.html by right-click, save-as. Then open it up in your web browser.

CTAT-Mutations visualizations are based on igv-reports.
