Governing equations

The governing equations read:

$$\partial_t (\Phi p + \alpha \nabla \cdot u) + \nabla \cdot [-\kappa \nabla p] = f$$ $$\nabla \cdot [\sigma - \alpha p \mathcal I] = f$$
