In the ILCD-to-EF2.0 and EF2.0-to-EF3.0 change log worksheets (available in
the EF2.0 reference package
<https://eplca.jrc.ec.europa.eu/permalink/EF_2.0_Complete.zip> and EF3.0
reference package
<https://eplca.jrc.ec.europa.eu/permalink/EF_3.0_Complete.zip>,
respectively) you can find the information I think you need.
Note that the EF3.1 flowlist
<https://eplca.jrc.ec.europa.eu/permalink/EF3_1/EF-v3.1.zip> is unchanged
compared to the EF3.0.
