CURA-11146 limit the bloat in the new AppImage

Description

The AppDir which we package should already contain the lib we explicitly installed with the AppImage builder. These are after all collected by pyinstaller.

Size is now 268 mb (from 342 mb)

This could also be a solution for:

• 5.5 Beta Crash Linux legacy (open file dialog) due to OS icon style #16932
• Manjaro Linux: App doesn't load #16935

• Will also ask the reporters of the 5.5 Beta Crash Linux legacy (open file dialog) due to OS icon style #16932 and Manjaro Linux: App doesn't load #16935 to test the artifacts of this build

Test Configuration:

• Operating System: Linux Ubuntu 22.04 (GH runner image)
