Description

After test generation the Problems tool window will automatically open if there are detected errors. Sometimes this is not what the user wants, so we need to add a setting to config to disable automatic error display from the SARIF report.

Expected behavior

There is a checkbox in the project settings that allows you to disable errors visualization.

Potential alternatives

Checkbox in the "Generate tests with UnitTestbot" window.
