内容
compatible_engineに、VOICEVOX ENGINEが守る必要がある事前条件を書く。
また、ENGINEから渡されるポインタがアラインメントに沿っているかのアサートを入れる。
(mis-alignedなデータが渡されるとENGINEごと即死するようになるが、どっちにしろ現状のcompatible_engineの実装ではmisalignedであってはならないため)
