A one-time developer registration fee of US$5.00 is required to verify your account and publish items

Do we want to invest 5$ to enable chrome webstore?

Regarding second option I'm not sure yet if it's enough to have one person paid 5$

I'll setup gmail account "viridovix at gmail" and pay the fee.
Any objections?

Did they specify any concrete rule which our app broke? Was there any specific information?
