Implement: Group related products/assets that represent bands into their corresponding STAC item
Adds a feature to the pipeline that generates STAC collections for HRL VPP:
Grouping multiple products/assets which are each one band of the same item into one STAC item that contains with multiple assets.
Part of the implementation for Open-EO/openeo-geopyspark-driver#460
