Add Troubleshooting and Stack Overflow resources.

When using Font-Awesome without Bootstrap, it can be useful to
check out external resources:

- the Troubleshooting wiki page
- the Stack Overflow questions

That follows FortAwesome#2131, which lead to FortAwesome#2136.
