fix problem with non tta mode conversion on waifu2x-converter-cpp
Add TTA(Test-Time Augmention) mode on waifu2x-converter-cpp
Now Snowshell shows current converter on screen
Remove thread set function. use all cores (you can still use -j flag in option string to set amount of it)
Add Swedish support
