[Enhancement] CLNRest select specific columns from bkpr_accountevents table

Description

The Core Lightning Documentation on the SQL endpoint suggests not using SELECT * because queries like this are fragile, as columns will change across releases. This PR is an update to the query to pull the 7 specific columns zeus uses instead of the 17 prior to this PR. This change aligns with CLN recommendation of this endpoint and improves performance/efficiency. On my node I found this change saves roughly 40% data on the /v1/sql endpoint for bkpr_accountevents.
