Alpha V17 - Improved Roll Dialog

This is likely the last feature release in a while. The way you roll dice has been revamped. Both the GM and player/s controlling a character can now select tags from the sheet and modify tags in the roll dialog simultaneously. There is also an option to skip roll moderation by the GM (this can also be set as a default in settings by the GM).

In addition, the Tag Manager-window can now be moved around and popped out like any other sheet.

There are also several bug fixes along with QoL fixes.
