* Adding serialized support for AGS Line Item instances. * Removing API-interactions and limiting the code to just the natural LTI reflection of a Platform LineItem * Standardize casing on fields: - Use lowercase, except when referencing true acronyms or initialisms * Make the `url` field of LtiLineItem unique. * Allow blank entries for non-required text fields on `LtiLineItem` * Add migration for `LtiLinkItem`
