When merged this pull request will:

Requires Common - Fix CBA_fnc_canAddItem when item mass is 0 CBATeam/CBA_A3#1673.
If 2.18 is released before CBA 3.18.0 is, I'll change this PR to use the 2.18 syntax of canAdd (unless it doesn't work).
