This removes redirects that are no longer necessary. These are already in place on the server since it broke the Anthology.
(It also adds NoDaLiDa papers back to the venue index (I think this got removed with a mistake auto-merge).
If someone can approve this tonight before 8 PM EST, that would be great (since that's when the auto rebuild is triggered).
