As of the most recent dev as e54f90b

During the Travis Build, running the following command:

blt tests:all drush.alias='${drush.aliases.ci}' --define tests.run-server=true --yes -v

Results in the following issue:

blt tests:all drush.alias='${drush.aliases.ci}' --define tests.run-server=true --yes -v

Running locally I get more or less the same output if i change the script to use a local alias instead of the variables:

Executing command blt tests drush.alias="<project>.local" --define tests.run-server="true" --yes -v --define drush.alias=self inside of Drupal VM...
[ExecStack] vagrant exec --tty 'blt tests drush.alias="<project>.local" --define tests.run-server="true" --yes -v --define drush.alias=self'
[ExecStack] Running vagrant exec --tty 'blt tests drush.alias="<project>.local" --define tests.run-server="true" --yes -v --define drush.alias=self' in /Users/mike.madison/git/<project>
[warning] The xDebug extension is loaded. This will significantly decrease performance.
