blt simplesamlphp:config:init copies a gist into the codebase, which doesn't seem ideal. First of all, it's being used essentially as a part of BLT, but since it's not a part of the repo it can't be collaborated on (and it could use improvement). I'd like to see us add the code we need to BLT and review and improve it.
