In python 3.12 the following DeprecationWarning appears:

/time_machine/__init__.py:354: DeprecationWarning: datetime.datetime.utcfromtimestamp() is deprecated and scheduled for removal in a future version. Use timezone-aware objects to represent datetimes in UTC: datetime.datetime.fromtimestamp(timestamp, datetime.UTC).

This commit fixes it and also removes the suppression from tox.ini

there's also a warning from dateutil that needs suppressing, so unfortunately I need to restore this
