https://pypi.python.org/pypi/jsonschema could simplify a lot of code in the validators since a lot of it does not handle any logic, just makes sure the json structure adheres to xAPI.

I would love to, unfortunately I am swamped until late October. Should be
pretty straight forward for someone with good understanding of TinCan
Documentation. A nice resource for learning json schema is here:
