I run :
apt-get update
apt-get install libgdiplus -y
ln -s /usr/lib/libgdiplus.so /usr/lib/gdiplus.dll

after install libgdiplus:
it is still error;
My os ubuntu 20.04,please help me, thank you.

Issue fixed. I released a patch: v8.3

I replaced System.Drawing.Common by SkiaSharp.
