Install (from source)

Requires a conda Python environment with latest versions of

• pyproj
• s3fs (optional)
• xarray
• zarr

$ python setup.py develop

Dataset compliance

Verify a dataset is compliant to AVL convention.

CLI:

$ avl verify <path or url> 

Python API:
