Before there was only a single command for 'verdi export', but this commit is in preparation of a new entry point 'verdi export migrate' which means that the original function had to be moved as well and is now located at 'verdi export create'
The script that could be used to migrate existing export archives from version 0.2 to 0.3, that used to be included in the docs examples directory, is now exposed through verdi under 'export migrate'
