Resolves #1347

I think the best way to "truncate" is roll the logs based on size and limit the retention. I'm storing these on the workspace mount so the logs should be easy to access for download. I was thinking we could probably combine the current one and the previous for file saving so you don't have a weird lack of logs right after rollover.

Let me know what you think of the file size limits.

As soon as the build finishes this should be mergeable.
