What
After Cloud removes its usage of YamlSeedConfigPersistence (done in https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte-cloud/pull/3149), we can remove YamlSeedConfigPersistence class entirely from the codebase as it has been replaced by LocalDefinitionsProvider.
