🐛 Source Freshdesk: Add mising / that's causing issues when building URL #18397

What

Freshdesk connector was reaching the v1 API version due to how the URL was being built. This meant that it was facing an hourly rate limit, making exports take longer than necessary.

How

Here the /v2 was being removed from the url_base. I simply added a trailing / to the url_base
