Fix property hints for parsed collision mask

In NavigationPolygon use PROPERTY_HINT_LAYERS_2D_PHYSICS instead of PROPERTY_HINT_LAYERS_3D_PHYSICS to display the correct property hints.

Fixes godotengine#88154.
