Downgrade back to Qt 6.5.x (previous 6.5.1) - latest non-commercial release is 6.5.3

Why?:

Editing value preview overlapped/bugged out a lot
Linux version of Qt 6.7.0 has flipped read-only state
Qt 6.5.3 should resolve Windows flipped read-only state in 6.5.1.

Potential downside:

User may need to explicitly delete the saved geometry in their dolphin-memory-engine.ini located in %appdata%\dolphin-memory-engine or in the current directory if in portable mode.
