Network build syntax and solver

• Added overloaded operators to simplify network definition.
• Added an initial version of a solver, you can now train your network with BrainCore

Architectural changes

Big API and architecture changes to optimize GPU usage. Also fixed a number of bugs. This is the first semi-stable release but API is still in flux.
