Installation:

Copy the plugin files inside your Octopress blog, then add custom/asides/chuck_norris.html to your asides list.

Syntax:

{% chucknorris %}

Category filters:

You can display only jokes from certain categories or excluding certain categories by modifying the plugins/chuck_norris.rb file.
