Possible to make the dynamic list working

Followed by the issue, I've looked inside the code and the props coming in was copied to state variable and they are not updated correctly in my environment. When changing them to props, everything is working fine + the comment here.

Below is how I've made my code worked.

onSwiped={(index: number) => {
  if (items.length - index <= ITEM_CNT / 4) {
    loadNext(ITEM_CNT);
  }
}}

However, I'd like to make this possible using onSwipedAll just like how we are using FlatList.
