This is a PR as part of making the Lora stand alone app with tauri. I took @PatrickDinh upgrade to Tauri v2 branch and updated the packages from the rc version to
^2.0.0on all the tauri-related packages. I also updated the use-deep-link hook to use the deeplink plugin. There was conversation related to this PR in the Tauri repo heretauri-apps/plugins-workspace#1879 (comment)
The tauri-deep-link file was only added temporarily. I can be removed once this this PR is released
tauri-apps/plugins-workspace#2008
