修改druid-spring-boot-3-starter模块添加自动配置支持

1、main中添加自动配置文件：META-INF/spring/org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.AutoConfiguration.imports，并移除application-*.properties
2、test中将druid-spring-boot-starter中的testCase移入，并修改为springboot3支持，测试通过
