First version

Now that the hardware is confirmed working, with both QMK and ZMK firmwares (with Elite-C and nice!nano_v2 controllers~respectively), it's time to make an official release.

Also, v2 is already in the making, as the stagger turned out to be too much in actual usage, so new revision is needed!
