I'm currently working on a Dgeni Package which extracts and generates ngdocs from the AngularJS AST.
I am aware of the angular-docs branch, but I decided that it looks outdated and I preferred a different approach anyway.

The code is pretty raw, untested and barely documented, but I think it already supports more features than the angular-docs branch.
I haven't published this code yet, but I plan to do so soon.
@petebacondarwin Would you like to see this as a PR to dgeni-packages, or should I setup a separate project for this?
