v2 - Postgres

Prox2 v2 is released!!

This release completely ports the bot to Postgres! This was mainly done since Airtable has a soft 1200 record limit so only 1200 confessions can be submitted before the database has to be recreated. Postgres does not suffer from these issues.

Also, prox2-revive has been bug-fixed quite a bit and it should now work properly in all cases and gracefully ignore errors!

This is a big milestone for Prox2.
